Project Name: Retail Warehousing E-commerce
Project Introduction:
A well-known third-party e-commerce warehousing enterprise completed the transformation from original manual sorting to fully automatic sorting in one and a half months from scheme design to project implementation, which greatly improved sorting efficiency and sorting accuracy, and greatly reduced labor costs, which really improved the competitiveness of the enterprise.
The project uses a single-piece separator to realize the single-piece flow of goods, and at the same time uses the visual technology of high-speed cameras and the design of conveying equipment mechanisms to realize six-sided scanning of goods (arbitrary barcode position), plus the module belt sorter's friendly sorting ability for ultra-thin and ultra-light goods. In the end, all indicators fully met and exceeded customer expectations, achieving a win-win situation.
